Another benefit of working at Gardiner Thomsen is that our staff members typically work with clients and assignments from start to finish instead of working on just one small aspect in a project. We like to pair our staff up with clients that interest them, or with projects in areas they are familiar with, to help give them greater satisfaction and sense of accomplishment. Plus, younger staff members get to work directly with senior staff and partners, gaining them access to expert advice and opportunities to learn in a real world way that isn’t possible in a large office.
