About Us

One of the things you’ll experience at Gardiner Thomsen that you
won’t find at larger firms is an enjoyable work environment where
you get to know fellow employees. We are a whole lot more relaxed,
and appreciate the feeling of camaraderie and friendship among the
people in our offices. Everyone in the firm is a member of the team,
and is encouraged to their share ideas and take an active role in
the future of the firm. We value each member’s input and leave no
one feeling left out.
Another benefit of working at Gardiner Thomsen is that our staff
members typically work with clients and assignments from start to
finish instead of working on just one small aspect in a project. We
like to pair our staff up with clients that interest them, or with
projects in areas they are familiar with, to help give them greater
satisfaction and sense of accomplishment. Plus, younger staff
members get to work directly with senior staff and partners, gaining
them access to expert advice and opportunities to learn in a real
world way that isn’t possible in a large office.
